I am back from my break and I am SO excited to share with you how my healing process has been going! I am so grateful for all of you and the beautiful messages you’ve sent me encouraging my healing and time off of the podcast– you’ve helped me stay strong during this excruciating (at times) part of my journey. Today I am sharing how my break from the podcast and social media has been, my outlook on plant medicine, and my experience with ayahuasca.

Are you #OnShrooms yet? Jordan has been loving Four Sigmatic more than ever (if you haven’t already, check out episode 85 with the company’s founder, Tero Isokauppila) because she’s cut out coffee entirely. If you’re trying to stay off of coffee but still want to feel alert and awake, there’s nothing better for you or better tasting than the caffeine-free Four Sigmatic Chaga Elixir (with some almond milk, a date, and cinnamon, it makes a great latte!). You can go to FourSigmatic.com/BLONDE to get 15% off of your order!

Have you tried Thrive Market yet? If you like to eat high vibe, plant-based, organic goodness from the Earth, then this is going to save you a lot of money because their prices are 25-50% below retail price. Plus, you can get an additional 25% off your first order and a 30-day trial by going to ThriveMarket.com/BLONDE!

Today we are taking it back all the way to episode 74 of the Best of the Show series we are running while Jordan takes some time to herself to heal! Jordan chats with the amazing spiritual teacher, coach and author Biet Simkin, Founder of Center of the Cyclone, teacher of The Fourth Way method of healing, planetary enneagrams, and so much more. Biet immerses audiences in meditations that fuse art, fashion, and a sexy rock ‘n’ roll edge into seamless, explosive experiences – she even scores her meditation experiences with beautiful original music!! She has an incredible (and crazy) story, which stretches from being raised by a shaman to signing with Sony Records at the age of 19 to becoming a drug addict and far, far beyond.

You know how much Jordan loves her probiotics! Silver Fern has the proper amount of strains of bacteria in their probiotic, so it can actually arrive alive in your intestinal tract. (That’s what you want!) Head on over to Silver Fern’s website and use the code BLONDE for 20% off your order. And don’t forget to listen to Silver Fern chief nutritionist Charity Lighten’s episode! Jordan just loves their probiotic, and the plant protein powder (it’s chocolate flavored!)

Today we are taking it back all the way to episode 61 of the Best of the Show series we are running while Jordan takes some time to herself to heal! You may know Jessica Olie from her amazing Instagram with gorgeous yoga poses, beautiful words, and her touching and beautiful spirit. Jess is the definition of what it means to be vulnerable and OPEN, and to share her heart with us.

Over the past few years, Jordan has fallen in love with Jess through social media – you’ll understand why when you see her yoga flow posts, stunning poses, and her #goals worthy friendship with Morgan Haley of The Southern Yogi (who was our equally amazing guest on episode 35).

Jessica chose to share a deeply personal struggle with us on this episode, and we know it will inspire you to reflect on areas of your life that may no longer be serving you. We appreciate her openness on every level, and we can’t wait for you to hear her poetic words about life, love, loss, intuition, fear, and of course… YOGA.

We’d like to thank HUM Nutrition! Jordan has been talking about them on the blog for YEARS because they help her feel amazing, and she wants you to know about them, too! HUM is an all-natural line of supplements, and their goal is to use science-based and clinical-backed nutrition as a tool for helping people feel amazing. After being diagnosed with Lyme, Jordan has been all about HUM’s different detoxification supplements like the Daily Cleanse. When you go to HUMNutrition.com, don’t forget to use the discount code SOUL at checkout to get 20% off your first order!

Have you listened to the amazing episode with Lacy Phillips, the incredible manifestation advisor? (Listen to episode 66!) Jordan is beyond excited to offer 10% off of Lacy Phillips’ Free & Native workshops when you follow this link!

Today we are taking it back all the way to episode 57 of the Best of the Show series we are running while Jordan takes some time to herself to heal!

Jordan kicks off the show with an appearance by two VERY special guests: her mom and dad!! They chat about Jordan’s spiritual journey a little bit before we get to the real interview with Shaman Durek. He offered the opening words at mindbodygreen’s revitalize event in September 2017 and simply blew Jordan away. He brings so much love, light, and knowing to our world, and his story is beyond inspirational.

Be warned: you might get emotional!! Shaman Durek dives deep and shares with us how he died and came back to life, which is a rite of passage for all Spirit Shamans. He also teaches us how to get rid of the negative spirits that attach ourselves to us, and more!

Jordan would like to thank REBBL for sponsoring the show. You’ve probably already heard Jordan raving about REBBL (they were actually her very first sponsor!), but if you don’t know, REBBL is a coconut milk-based elixir and protein drink company driven by a HUGE mission.  And they have some exciting news: new flavors are here!! The Banana Nut protein drink is their very first fruit-flavored protein, but it’s just as mouth watering and body harmonizing as all of their other amazing drinks. Head over to their website, rebbl.co/rejuvenation to participate in the new Super Herb challenge!

Have you listened to the amazing episode with Lacy Phillips, the incredible manifestation advisor? (Listen to episode 66!) Jordan is beyond excited to offer 10% off of Lacy Phillips’ Free & Native workshops when you follow this link!
